$1,495 · Six 60-minute sessions 

For founders 0–24 months in who want ongoing strategy as the business evolves. 1 session a month.

You bring whatever's most pressing — pricing, hiring, a pivot, a hard decision. You get an operator's read every time, plus continuity, so you're not re-explaining context every session.

Who I Am

I'm Odessa. I started my first business at 18 — a green cleaning company, before "green" was a marketing category. Since then I've built ten businesses across ten industries: services, consulting, real estate, photography, food and beverage, digital platforms, and others. Some grew. Some I sold. Some I closed. All of them taught me something I now save my clients from learning the hard way.

 

I'm not a coach who used to run a business. I'm running businesses right now. That matters when you bring me a real problem on Monday morning.
