Build

I take on a small number of implementation projects each year — almost always for clients I've first worked with through strategic counsel.

Strategy comes first for a reason. The most common way implementation projects go wrong is building the right thing badly, or building the wrong thing well. By the time we talk about building, I already understand your business, your stage, and what you actually need — so the build serves the strategy instead of guessing at it.

What I build:

Custom websites, Kajabi course platforms, and the visual pieces around them — brand basics, graphics, the things a new business needs to look credible without overspending. I've been doing this kind of work for years, across many platforms, for course creators, nonprofits, and small businesses.

How it works:

Projects are scoped individually and priced per project — no packages, no menu. If you've worked through strategy with me and you're ready to build, tell me what you need and I'll tell you whether I'm the right person to build it. Sometimes I'm not, and I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

If we haven't worked together yet:

Most build clients come through strategic counsel first. If you haven't done that and you're considering a build, start with an Early-Stage Audit — it's the fastest way for both of us to figure out whether the thing you want to build is the thing you actually need.
